About My Investing Journey

I began investing in stocks of public companies in 1999 at age 18. My real estate investing journey started in 2005 and then shifted to using cheap leverage from historically low interest rates created by the Fed’s easy money policies, ultimately repositioning to STRs and then historic B&Bs and boutique hotels. I bet on myself to grew a $30,000 401k loan to $8M+ in just 10 years of real estate investing through my principles of information arbitrage.
