Thank you for visiting and welcome to our community! I’m Josh. I started this site initially to speak publicly about my journey from poverty to wealth and, more importantly, to help as many people as possible achieve financial freedom and independence in their own lives. It has been a crazy journey, one full of crazy ups and downs, and I’m so happy to share it with you. I hope that you can learn from some of my mistakes so that you don’t have to make the same ones to achieve your financial goals.
I can’t wait to tell you more about my journey from a childhood wrought with abuse and pain to betting on myself in 2012 at age 31 with a $30,000 401k loan and turning it into $5M with intelligent real estate investing in just 10 years. It has been an “overnight success years in the making”, as they say. There is no light switch out of darkness; it is a long, grinding, winding, up-and-down journey. But, what I hope to share by telling my story is that achieving financial freedom is possible regardless of your beginning in life. By telling my story, I hope to share the message that achieving financial freedom is possible regardless of your beginning in life.
My hope in starting this community is to support amazing humans who are desperately ready to grind for change in their lives; to do what it takes to achieve dreams they thought were never possible; and to support other people along the way with EXTREME accountability. When you’re falling down, we will pick you up. When you need a kind word of advice or an honest kick in the financial pants, those are what you’ll get as we help each other build financial independence and wealth.
