We currently offer turnkey STR management to clients for properties in 19 cities in 3 states: South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Our 110 listings annually host $10M in gross booking volume, 20,000+ guests, and 12,000 nights across our $100M portfolio. Our mission is to ensure that all of our property owners and rental customers both have the best experiences possible.   • Phoenix Capital Management (PCM)

    Phoenix Capital Management (PCM) is a boutique investment firm managing $6M in various assets whose mission is to invest in coastal short-term rental (STR) real estate and high-quality stocks of public companies. Our current portfolio includes ownership of two Bed & Breakfast properties with select investor partners, including The Ashley and The Nicholas, both 9-bedroom boutique B&Bs in downtown Charleston currently valued at $6M each.

  • The Maven Group (TMG)

    The Maven Group is a fund focusing on the acquisition, upfit, and management of Bed & Breakfasts (B&B) and boutique hotel investment properties across the eastern United States. Our goal for MG Fund #1 is to acquire 50 keys over the next 24 months generating a minimum of $2M net income annually.

  • The Trouvaille Collection

    Conceived in 2022 and formally founded in 2023, The Trouvaille Collection is a design-forward, technology-forward, employee-light boutique hotel concept based in Charleston, SC. We acquired our first two 9-key properties, The Ashley and The Nicholas in 2022. With a goal of owning 1,000 keys, $90M in revenue and $500M of assets by 12/31/32, The Trouvaille Collection’s goal is to grow in the urban core of popular Southeastern US cities like Charleston; Savannah, GA; Asheville, NC and The Florida Keys. We acquire assets that tend to look like grandma’s living room and transform them into beautiful masterpieces with modern amenities while maintaining their historic charm and features.   • The Ashley

    The Ashley, formerly the Ashley Inn, is a 9-room boutique hotel property located in Charleston, SC. It is the flagship property for The Trouvaille Collection. It reopened on March 18, 2023 after being closed temporarily for a massive $850k renovation which included HVAC, plumbing, a full interior and exterior repaint, all new fixtures and all new furniture throughout the property. It is expected to gross $1M annually in its first full year of operations, a 117% increase annually from previous ownership. It is valued at $6M. Learn more at our website.

  • The Nicholas

    The Nicholas, formerly the 1837 B&B, is a 9-key Bed and Breakfast property located in Charleston, SC. It was acquired in December 2022, closed in June 2023 for a $1.1M massive renovation, and reopened in January 2024. It is the second boutique hotel property for The Trouvaille Collection. It is expected to gross over $1M annually - a 54% increase from previous ownership - in its first full year of operations post renovation and is valued at $6M. Learn more at our website.
